Lock Overview:

Four tracks inner groove key

Hy22 corresponds to 6 groups of half pieces of lock cylinder, with a total of 12 elastic pieces and 4 tooth depth numbers. When cutting keys, No. 1 cuts the most and No. 4 cuts the shallowest. It is also an internal milling 4 track structure, which is also divided into group A and group B.

Insert the tool into the keyhole and test the tooth position. A. Group B is displayed on the main panel of the tool as shrapnel on No. 1, 3 and 5 gear positions on one side and shrapnel on No. 2, 4 and 6 gear positions on one side. The left-hand drive of this car drives towards the rear of the car, that is, the push rod applies force in a clockwise direction. First test 1, 3 and 5, and then test 2.4 and 6. First detect the shrapnel with a large amount of activity one by one with a crowbar. The shrapnel that is elastic in a small range may be in place. Look for the shrapnel that can not move at all, press it, and then detect. If it is in place, it will also be elastic in a small range, and you can feel the tool rotating in the direction of adding force.

Because this lock is half piece, open an angle, or open group B. Four tracks of internal milling are opened clockwise, which are all group B cards.

After all are opened, read the teeth again and record the read depth number. Because this lock is 12 half pieces, it is opened clockwise, or group B is stuck, and it needs to be returned.

Let's talk about scissors: 1. It's the nearest to the key. Cutting off the extra part is a key we need. After cutting, be sure to trim the smooth transition to make the key plug in and out smoothly.
